Love Your Tree is a national arts-based program focused on cultivating self-compassion, body acceptance and positive mental well-being through creativity, community connection and self-reflection.
Join our Peer Health Educators as they guide you through creative activities that will help plant a seed of improved self-image! We’ll be giving out free body image focused buttons, as well as providing a light boxed dinner (while supplies last).
When it’s hot and humid outside, the last thing anyone wants to do is be in the kitchen over hot appliances. Join our Registered Dietician Nutritionist, Jody Margolis, for a quick half-hour workshop all about how to eat healthy and cook less during these sweltering summer months.
Quick Bites is a brief, virtual lunch and learn series on Zoom with our RDN, Jody Margolis, who will cover various nutrition hot topics. You’ll have the opportunity to ask the expert and expand your nutritional knowledge. Keep an eye on our social media and calendars to see when the next Quick Bites session will be.

Anteaters for Recovery is a new support group program at UCI intended for students who identify as being in recovery. Whether it’s recovery from alcoholism, drug addiction, eating disorders, growing up in an alcoholic family, or any other life-altering situation, you’re not alone. Join us in this safe and confidential space where we share, listen, support, and uplift each other. Our meetings are led by a pro-staff member also in recovery.
Anteaters for Recovery is not therapy or group counseling, but rather a support system where you can heal, grow, and thrive with others.
Meetings will take place in the Conference Room of G319 Student Center, here at the Center for Student Wellness and Health Promotion.
